Q: What is Meeho!™?
Meeho!™ is your work desktop.
In your business, you work with clients. You finish projects, send mails, take care of sales, and take notes. You've got contacts, you share files with your co-workers, and register the time you've spent on your work. All of this, you can do with Meeho!™ in one easy, intuitive platform - making your daily work life a breeze.
Q: Who uses Meeho!™?
A lot of different companies use Meeho!™ on a daily basis, including consultancies, startups, design and PR firms, TV producers, sports clubs, sales agencies, lawyers, magazines, real estate proprietors, trading companies, and big groups of people cooperating on projects.
Q: Who are you guys?
Our core team is Kasper Tidemann, Troels Michael Trebbien, Micki Rasander Pedersen, Thomas Kirk, and Bue Tidemann. We're a group of dedicated, technology loving people, and we put all of our hearts and energy into creating the very best products for our users.
Q: Who can use your products?
Meeho!™ is very user friendly and will guide you on how to use it. Everybody can use it, and everybody can benefit from having Meeho!™ as their work desktop.
Q: Which languages are Meeho!™ available in?
Meeho!™ currently speaks English and Danish. Spanish, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, and Dutch is on the way!
Q: Can I import all my data into my new account?
Yes. There is an import feature in the Settings section of Meeho!™ that you can use to import Excel sheets and CSV files of clients, contacts, projects etc.
Q: Can we hook up Meeho!™ with our company mail server?
Absolutely - that particular feature is one of the groundbreaking features of Meeho!™. We support both IMAP and MAPI based servers (think Google Apps and Microsoft Exchange), and you can have Meeho!™ synchronize mails, calendars, and contacts. Please contact us for more information on how to get started.
Q: Do you offer custom development of the software for my business?
We offer custom setups of Meeho!™ tailored to your needs. It all depends on what you want and how you wish for it to be implemented - we're all ears, just contact us and let's get in touch.
Q: Can I synchronize Meeho!™ with Microsoft Outlook?
The planning of Meeho!™ can be shown in Microsoft Outlook via our webcal interface. If you need synchronization, you need the Microsoft Exchange integration module.
Q: Is there a monthly bandwidth limit for my account?
Yes, there is, but we believe in fair usage. In general, just make sure to display a fair usage of bandwidth as described in our Terms of Service.
Q: How do I get help?
Just give us a call or send us an e-mail! We're the nicest IT guys you've ever spoken to, and we're happy to help you out in any way we can.
Q: Which browsers are compatible with Meeho!™?
All of them. What if you use Iceweasel, you say? No problem. Epiphany? No problem. Meeho!™ works on all modern browsers. You use Lynx? Uhm, well, that's cool. Really.
Q: Do you provide secure connections?
Yes, we have an SSL secured connection, just put https:// in front of your account address and it's secure. Alternatively, you can configure Meeho!™ to always use the secure connection by accessing Settings › System Preferences › SSL encryption.
Q: Do you offer SLAs?
We do. You need to contact us for an SLA contract fitting your business' needs.
Q: Do you backup my account data?
We backup six times on a daily basis to make sure your data is safe. We backup to multiple locations via secure connections, and we can even provide you with SFTP access to the backup files of your account if you need it.
