Do detailed planning the effective way. Assign project members to each task, tick off the tasks as you go, and follow the development.

The Project overview shows the remaining time and status of the different projects - sorted by actuality so projects are finished in time.
7. Control of the time consumption
Register the ongoing working hours in the project. Create task types and define hourly rates, and let Meeho!™ calculate the external invoicing amount.
