Meeho!™

Newsletter, May 2009

Dear users, business partners, and friends of Meeho! ApS.

It is with great pleasure that I announce the availability of Meeho!™ version 1.3.9, made available to all users on Sunday 24th of May at 17:00 CEST +02:00.

Version 1.3.9 brings new possibilities in terms of the management of sales, and furthermore consists of bug fixes and minor improvements. In the following, I will guide you through the new features.

» Sales under Clients

Pipeline, backlog, sales budget - when you're in the business of handling the different client sales, it goes by many names comparatively. In Meeho!™, it's just named Sales.

Salg under ClientsSales makes it possible to register the sales you've accomplished. For instance, it could be the sale of a new kitchen at $6,000 at Client A, or the setup of new servers worth $40,000 at Client B.

Every sale in Meeho!™ comes with a probability of the success of the the sale. A sale worth $4,000 at 100% probability has an actual value of $4,000, while a sale worth $20,000 at 5% probability has an actual value of $1,000.

When making an offer in the real world there's a chance of the client accepting it or turning it down - it works in the same way in Meeho!™.

» Reporting under Clients

What to do when you've registered a bunch of sales at your clients and want to get an overview?

Rapportering under KunderThe answer is Reporting and resides under Clients -> Overview -> Reporting, and Overview -> My reporting, respectively. Here, you can see the complete sales figures for you clients in Meeho!™ plus your very own sales figures, the ones only you've registered under your clients.

E.g., if you wish to see how many sales are registered in May 2009, the monthly reports at the bottom of Reporting will help you on you way.

» The road to Meeho!™ version 1.4.0

We're at version 1.3.9 now - version 1.4.0 is just around the corner.

Version 1.4.0 on the way...Version 1.4.0 will bring e-mail-integration, the possibility to add files under clients, groups of contacts for mailing, Quick search, and much more.

When we reach version 1.4.0, it will be the result of our hard-as-nails work with Meeho!™, and your continuous great comments and important feedback. We are proud of and happy for having such commited, keen users - for that, I owe you all many thanks.
