We have a couple of larger clients using Meeho!™, each managing more than 2,000 clients in their respective Meeho!™ accounts. They tend to add the same client several times over time, which is why we have made Meeho!™ check if the client to be added already exists in the system. The check itself looks like this:

Eksisterer kunden mon i forvejen? Meeho!™ har i hvert fald fundet en match.

Perhaps the client already exists? Meeho!™ has found a match here. (Please note that the screenshot is in Danish.)

» To-do tasks under Planning

On the road to Meeho!™ version 1.4.1 lies the option of adding to-do tasks under Planning. If you hover the cursor over an event in a list of events, you have the option of adding to-do tasks in relation to the event. Have a look at the following image:

… and when you have marked two tasks as completed, it’ll look like this:

» Notepad in Meeho!™ Mobile

Meeho™ has been updated once again, now adding the option of viewing and editing your Notepad in Meeho!™ Mobile. So if you’re on the road and need to view the notes you’ve taken, you can press the Notepad icon in the top menu of Meeho!™ Mobile. It looks something like this:

» Your very own custom contact fields

Last week, we wrote about the option of adding your own custom client fields and groups of client fields. You could add two fields, “VAT no.” and “Year of establishment”, and put it in a field group named “Company info”.

From today and forward, it is also possible to add custom fields and groups of custom fields in relation to the contacts in Meeho!™. For instance, you could ask for the Social Security number, civil status or something similar as shown below:

Here is shown a snippet of the form to be filled out when adding a contact under a client in Meeho!™. (Please note that the screenshot is in Danish.)

Additionally, it is possible to indicate whether a contact at a given client has quit or not.
